The recently refurbished weight room was completed in 2010. The facility includes state-of-the-art free weights and nautilus machines. The entire work out area is matted and mirrored throughout and is enhanced with a sound system. The state-of- the-art facility is popular for varsity athletic teams, faculty, staff and students. Many treadmills, elliptical and rowing machines, which are popular with many community programs and Kinesiology classes, line the room.
