The Cuesta Nine has endured a wet start to Western State Conference play and has been forced to shuffle their schedule.  The Cougars, ranked #10, have postponed this Tuesday's WSC game with #18 Ventura until March 6, but have kept last Saturday's postponed game at #11 Santa Barbara on the schedule for Wednesday (2 PM).  Cuesta is also scheduled to play at Ventura on Thursday (2 PM) and host the Pirates on Saturday (1 PM).  The Cougars have five of their past eight games, including their tie with Reedley and  three-inning, cancelled-game with Sequoias, affected by the weather.
