Coach Bob Miller says, "Zach put together another monster season for the baseball team. Zach is a unanimous first team all-league player and runner up in POY honors in conference voting in 2023. Zach was the conference player of the year in 2022. Zach had an amazing career for the Cougars leading the team and among conference leaders in the major offensive categories each season. Zach has will be a difficult player to replace!"

Note- Cuesta College Athletics will be posting its annual Athlete of the Year Award Winners and Nominees over this week. Each team's nominee will be profiled over the next two days The overall winners will be announced on Thursday (George Silveria Career Award & Warren Hansen Scholar-Athletes) and Friday (Male & Female Outstanding Athletes of the Year).  The Coach and Fan of the Year shall be posted next Tuesday. We hope to be back in person next Spring!
