*Eron's brother, Caleb Ray played water polo and swam for Cuesta (2019-22).  Caleb earned All American honors for swimming in 2022.  Their father Eric Ray and Mother Caren Russom were both Cuesta Aquatics Athletes.  Eric was a two-time all-conference goalie and later an assistant coach, while Caren was the first woman to play water polo at Cuesta.  She played on the men's water polo team (1986-87), more than a decade before Cuesta hosted its first women's team in 1999.
