Sabrina Van Beek

Sabrina joined the Cougars' staff in 2023 as the program's Throws Coach. She hails from nearby Atascadero and has taught at Atascadero HS, while also coaching with the Girls’ Basketball and Track & Field programs. since 2021. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science at Whittier College in 2021 and also competed for the Poets' Track & Field team. She holds a trio of Top 10 throwing marks at Whittier- Discus (#4, 132-10), Hammer (#6, 134-8) and Shot Put (#6, 39-0.5).
Sabrina currently resides in nearby Atascadero.
