Cuesta Track & Field had a busy week scheduled with two meets at opposite ends of the State, however both the Jack Albiani Meet in Modesto and the Oxy Distance Carnival in Los Angeles were cancelled due to weather.  Neither meet is expected to be rescheduled, so the Cougars plan to continue on to their next event, which shall, finally, be in front of their home crowd.  

Track & Field takes this week off and will be back in action on March 24 for the 2023 Western State Conference Coast Meet in San Luis Obispo.  The Cougars host half of the WSC's teams, those located along the 101 Highway corridor, as part of two conference mini meets.  Each season, the WSC circuit splits for two mini meets based on geography.  The Cougars have hosted the Coast Meet for the past five years, while also participating in the North meet.  The Inland and South meets are hosted by other members of the 15-team conference.
