Freshman Center Dante Ianora led Cuesta Men's Water Polo to the Mt SAC Tournament title with a team-leading eight goals over the four-game weekend.  The Cougars remain undefeated on the season, 7-0, and were never really challenged in Walnut.  The Cougars' recent three-week layoff, after the West Valley Tournament was cancelled, did not seem to affect them as they outscored their opponents 72-17.  Dante, one of the biggest and strongest players on the team, dominated the center position on both offense and defense.  He also tallied a pair of "hat tricks" over Rio Hondo and Fullerton on Saturday to close out the tournament.  Dante is currently second on the team with both 13 goals and seven exclusions drawn for the season.
