Coach John Marsh says, "Dean was a great team player, he gave of himself for the success of the team. Dean had a huge impact on our team defensively and offensively. He was second on the team in goals, assists, ejections drawn on the offensive side of the ball, while on the defensive side he was first in steals, second on field blocks. Dean will be transferring to Long Beach State University to play Water Polo."

Note- Cuesta College Athletics will be posting its annual Athlete of the Year Award Winners and Nominees over this week. Each team's nominee will be profiled over the next two days The overall winners will be announced on Thursday (George Silveria Career Award & Warren Hansen Scholar-Athletes) and Friday (Male & Female Outstanding Athletes of the Year).  The Coach and Fan of the Year shall be posted next Tuesday. We hope to be back in person next Spring!
