Men's and Women's Cross Country opens the 2020-21 season at the Sequoias Tri-Meet this Friday in Visalia.  The women's team hits the course at 2 PM, while the starting gun pops at 2:45 for the men.   The men's team is led by 2019 CCCAA State Qualifier Colby Ratzat (Cayucos), while fellow returner Brendan Niller (Templeton) and freshmen Luis Cervantes (Santa Maria) and Jordan Reilly (St Helena HS) round out the pack.  The women boast a full scoring team led by 2019 CCCAA State Qualifier Shannon Ferrall (Arroyo Grande HS).  The Harriers also boast freshman Emily Mathien (Paso Robles HS), Jessica Schroeder (Atascadero HS), Juila Voss (SLO HS) and Dulce Esquivel (SLO HS) to round out their scoring team.
