Women's Basketball will host the 37th Conoco/Phillips Basketball Tournament this Friday and Saturday.  This year, under new Coach Casey Blair, marks the Cougars first time playing in the tournament since 2018.  The tournament was cancelled in 2020 due the pandemic and, after the first weekend, the Cougars cancelled their 2019 season, yet still hosted the tournament.  The tournament is smaller this season with only four teams competing, instead of the usual octet.  The Cougars play the main event, the second game of the day, on both Thursday and Friday.  Cuesta plays Taft on Thursday (6 PM), after Hartnell opens the tournament against West Hills-Lemoore (4 PM). On Friday, the Cougars meet West Hills-Lemoore (3 PM) in the tournament finale, while Hartnell changes partners and plays Taft at 1 PM.
