Cuesta Women's Basketball played its first post-season contest since 2015 against #9-seed Long Beach City on the Vikings home court.  The Cougars, who accorded the 24th and final playoff seed, were only two baskets behind after the first quarter, but were down by 20-points at the intermission.  Coach Casey Blair made some halftime adjustments and the Cougars finished strong, despite losing, 72-61.  All-WSC Guard Reese Pasternik led the Cougars with 15 points and 5 rebounds, while Point Guard Bella Musolff added six points and a team-high six assists.  The Cougars finished the 14-15 overall.

The 2023-24 All-Western State Conference Awards shall be announced after the conclusion of the 2024 CCCAA Regional Playoffs.
