*2023 CCCAA Track & Field State All State (4th) - Triple Jump

*2023 CCCAA Track & Field State Qualifier- Long Jump

*2023 Western State Conference First Place- Triple Jump

*2023 Western State Conference Second Place- Long Jump

*2023 Western State Conference Honorable Mention- Pole Vault

*2023 Cuesta Women's Track & Field Team MVP

*Cuesta College Athlete of the Month, April 2023

*Led Track & Field to 5th Place in the WSC and CCCAA State Meet

*#1 All Time at Cuesta in Triple Jump- 36' 8.75"

*#6 All Time at Cuesta in Long Jump- 17' 6.75"

Coach Robert Neely says, "Madeline Scovil. State qualifier in triple jump and long jump. She is the WSC champion in the triple jump and finished in both 3rd the long jump and pole vault.  She was also 3rd in triple jump in the SoCal region, 7th in long jump. She ranks 2nd in Triple Jump in school history, 6th in long jump."

 

 

Note- Cuesta College Athletics will be posting its annual Athlete of the Year Award Winners and Nominees over this week. Each team's nominee will be profiled over the next two days The overall winners will be announced on Thursday (George Silveria Career Award & Warren Hansen Scholar-Athletes) and Friday (Male & Female Outstanding Athletes of the Year).  The Coach and Fan of the Year shall be posted next Tuesday. We hope to be back in person next Spring!
