Coach Rachel Gruetzmacher says, "Anna broke the school record and was the leading scorer in the state with 142 goals. She also holds the Cuesta record for most goals in a game- 10. She was the team captain and also earned awards for all-state and all-conference first team."
Note- Cuesta College Athletics will be posting its annual Athlete of the Year Award Winners and Nominees over this week. Each team's nominee will be profiled over the next two days The overall winners will be announced on Thursday (George Silveria Career Award & Warren Hansen Scholar-Athletes) and Friday (Male & Female Outstanding Athletes of the Year). The Coach and Fan of the Year shall be posted next Tuesday. We hope to be back in person next Spring!
