Freshman Righthander Andrew Seibert helped Cuesta Baseball to a pair of wins against #3 Riverside during their season-opening series.  On Friday, Seibert earned a save in the season-opener by preserving the Cougars lead for last two innings of a 6-5 win.  He bounced back two days later and nearly went the distance to earn the victory in the series finale.  On Sunday, Seibert came out of the bullpen to hurl 8.2 innings of relief, while allowing only one run, as the Cougars battled back from a 5-0 deficit to take the series in another 6-5 win.  On the weekend, Seibert hurled 10.2 innings with a 1.69 earned run average.
