Cuesta Cager Drew Ardouin Named to the CCCAA State Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll

Cuesta College's 2024 Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year Drew Ardouin has been selected to the 2023-24 California Community College Athletic Association's Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll.

Drew Ardouin was an exemplary student-athlete over his three years at Cuesta and, as the recipient of the Cuesta's Warren Hansen Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year, he reached the highest achievement in both academics and athletics. This year marks the sixth time, since the turn of the century that Cuesta's male and female nominees each made the CCCAA State Honor Roll (Top 15)

2024 Cuesta Men's Basketball Player of the Year Drew Ardouin was equally successful on the hardwood and with the books.  The Two-time All-WSC Guard flooded the Cougars' record books with new marks, while simultaneously posting near perfect marks in the classroom.  Ardouin, who redshirted in 2021-22, was a two-time all-Western State Conference First Team selection and a two-time all-WSC Academic team member.  A Business Administration Major, he completed 165.5 units at Cuesta with a 3.84 grade-point average, while earning Academic Honors in all six of his fulltime semesters.  He graduated last spring with High Honors, while also boasting a Certificate of Achievement in General Business Concentration and Intersegmental GE Transfer.

Drew transferred to the University of San Francisco this year and played basketball for the Dons this year.
