All American Driver Aleksa Sisakovic has committed to play water polo for St Francis College in Brooklyn for next year.  Sisakovic earned All American honors for Cuesta College in 2019 and was the team's leading scorer during the Cougars' abbreviated schedule this spring. Sisakovic has been used mainly as a perimeter player for the Cougars but has also demonstrated the strength to play inside when needed.   As a freshman he was second on the team with 68 goals, while leading the team with 38 steals.  He was also among the team leaders with 18 steals and 32 fouls drawn. 

Sisakovic came to Cuesta College after attending Southridge High School in Beaverton, Oregon; however, he is a native of Serbia and played with the VK Partisan Club.  His choice of St Francis places him on the same path as former Cuesta College and Arroyo Grande High Star Luka Vukomanovic. Vukomanovic also earned All America honors at Cuesta, before leaving SLO County to lead the Terriers to back-to-back NCAA Tournament berths in 2012 and 2013.
