L.A. Valley 17, Cuesta 12 – The lone "upset" of the afternoon came from L.A. Valley College as the No. 5-seeded Monarchs topped the No. 4 Cougars. Five different LAVC players had multi-goal performances, including Christian Perez with a team-best six tallies. Colton Arnett added three goals, while Arman Hovannisyan, Tigran Megroyan and Chase Martsolf each added a pair. Austin Majus and Johnny Starr led the Cougars with three goals apiece.
