Returning all-WSC Guard Reese Pasternik enjoyed an historic week while leading the Cougars to a trio of victories during last week's homestand.  Pasternik opened the week by setting a new Cuesta record by scoring 42 points in a victory over Porterville, 101-58.  The former record of 41 points was set by Vanessa Hornbuckle in 1989, while the Cougars 101 total points marked the program's sixth time scoring over the century mark and fifth highest team total in history.  On Friday, she continued her performance by leading the Cougars with both 21 points and nine rebounds in a win over El Camino, 79-22.  Pasternik closed the week strong against #29 Cabrillo on Saturday with another big game.  She posted a double-double by posting game-highs with 18 points and 11 rebounds, while also leading all players with six assists.
