Women's Soccer returns to Western State Conference play this week with two games against the circuit.  The Cuesta Kickers host #20 Ventura on Tuesday (4 PM) and stay close to home on Friday (4 PM), when they travel to Santa Maria to face local rival and defending WSC Champion Allan Hancock.  The Bulldogs, as the defending Champions, are currently the "top dog" in the WSC, however Ventura have been the loop's traditional power.  The Pirates have claimed 16 of 26 WSC titles since 1995.  Cuesta Women's Soccer is still searching for its first WSC Title, but have finished in 2nd place six times, including just before the pandemic in 2019. 

The Cougars wrapped-up their pre-conference schedule last Friday with a loss to #7 Folsom Lake, 5-0, on Friday.
