Cuesta Women's Soccer has two Western State Conference contests scheduled this week and play their season finale on the road next week.  On Tuesday (1:30), the Cougars travel to Santa Barbara to face the 11th-ranked Vaqueros.  The Vaqs sit atop the WSC table and enter the final week of the regular season with an undefeated, 8-0, record against the WSC.  The Cougars hosted them two weeks ago and allowed only two goals in a loss to the loop-leader, 2-0.  On Friday (3 PM), the Cougars, and their six sophomores, play their final home game of the season against Moorpark.  Cuesta is set to celebrate "Sophomore Day", while also looking for a win against the Raiders, who beat them in their first round, 3-0 but have also slipped out of the CCCAA Rankings this month.  

The Cuesta Kickers were on the road for the two matches last week.  They opened the week in Oxnard, where they battled the host Condors to a tie, 3-3, before falling at #16 Ventura, 3-0, on Friday.  The are currently 4-9-3 overall and 1-7-1 in WSC play.
