Cuesta Women's Volleyball hosted and swept (25-19, 25-21, 25-22) the visiting Citrus Owls, while improving to 6-7 on the season.  The Cougars opened the 2024 season with four straight losses but have changed course.  Their current four-match winning streak has been impressive.  Cuesta has dropped only two sets on the run and the team is firing on all cylinders. 

The Cougars have found their winning formula just in time, because this Friday (6 PM) in Lancaster they play their final non-conference set with Antelope Valley.  The Cougars begin Western State Conference play on October 2nd.  The WSC currently boast three teams ranked in the CCCAA's Top 20; including one of the two remaining undefeated teams in the State; LA Mission.
